Piano 56 Vol. 2 Foundations

“Piano 56 Volume 2 Foundations” (P56-V2F) is a favorite of many because they begin to hear and feel their music transform. One of the major focuses of this course is the transition from playing the correct key at the correct time to playing and expressing a piece of music as a whole.
This course is designed to help you polish up all of the skills and concepts you have learned in the previous programs. You will be challenged rhythmically, technically and physically as you begin to think, express and articulate music more and more like a seasoned pianist.
The first day of each week begins with a warm-up that will help refine your musicianship, rhythm, technique and increase your finger control and speed. The warm-ups are also designed to help equip you with the needed tools to correctly play the pieces of music within a specific week. For example, the warm-up explained on day 29 introduces a difficult rhythmic passage that will be applied to days 31, 32 and 33.
Another thing that sets P56-V2F apart is the increased complexity of songs within this course. There are several pieces of music that are broken up into three, four or even five parts due to their length and difficulty. The goal of this course is not to quickly move from one song to the next. You may find yourself practicing and polishing up a piece of music for an entire week or so before moving on. This is part of the process of developing a disciplined practice routine in order to master a given piece of music.
Upon completion of this program, you will have a repertoire of several beautiful pieces of music that you will thoroughly enjoy playing and sharing with others.
